Top, Bloomer, and Overskirt

Skill Level: Easy

Boned, lined, halter top has back two-part eyelets and lacing closure with inside extension. Bloomers have elasticized waist and leg openings, reverse side of fabric will show as contrast. Overskirt has waistband with tie front closure and narrow hems. All views have ruffles with harrow hems and optional purchased trims.
