A gathers into contrast collar and has pleating detail at back. Collar has novelty hook and eye closures, purchased appliques and beading. B has asymmetrical hem and contrast lining will show. Cape is anchored to body by attached halter which has gathered front, two-part eyelets with lacing, contrast straps and belt with buckle closures. Purchased trims.
